Article Hello Mrs Lopez,

going via "System Settings" and "Options" > Display please activate this checkbox: Display Keywording Information

That will give you this view of a structure element including all index values:

However it is not possible to display any information out of the "Notes"-tab.

You might want to consider changing your approach, as the notes-tab is not meant for critical/relevant data.
You should rather use some index fields for storing this data....

Dear ELO Support Team, (English)

We have a client installation that requires us to create an application that simply creates structures on the left hand side. We have already created the application and was able to create structures using it. Now the client requires that when a user clicks on the name of the structure, the keyword details plus the notes must be displayed on the right hand side.
Is it possible to do this in ELO? I know that I can be done with documents via System Settings > Options > Viewing Filters > Behaviour when selected. But is it also possible for structures? If yes, please let me know how this can be done.
